Our founders, Melisa & Andrew Kuszak, have over 20 years of work experience with construction and home inspection.

BASED IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS

Trade X University facilitates specialty trades education and home inspection classes throughout NWA, either in a classroom setting or on a job site.

OPERATES ACROSS FOUR STATES

While we are based in Northwest Arkansas, we are recruiting students from the 4 state region; Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma.

OUR MISSION

Our goal is to fulfill the growing need of properly trained and skilled trade’s professionals in Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding areas.

Our area offers a variety of tourism destinations.

Students come for education but also stay longer to take part in some mountain biking in our world class trails, among our many other attractions; (Arkansas Music Pavilion, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, or a walk in our classic downtown areas, etc.)

Andrew Kuszak

CEO

Andy has been around construction since his early high school years and eventually progressed to the Home Inspection industry, where he could utilize his years of knowledge and experience. The need for detailed, thorough, superior inspection services in Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri inspired Andy Kuszak to create A Superior Inspection in 2016. In 2025, A Superior Inspection was sold to Buyers Protection Group, where Andy is the market leader for Arkansas, Oklahoma & SW Missouri. BPG has allowed Andy to focus more of his time on Trade X University because of the shared vision to educate inspectors and tradespeople.

Melisa Kuszak

Chief Financial Officer

Melisa Kuszak serves as Chief Financial Officer for Trade X University. Having 20+ years customer facing experience in a corporate environment, her number one focus is customer experience. She works diligently alongside her husband, Andy Kuszak, with a goal of providing the most comprehensive education at the lowest price. Melisa is a devoted wife and mother to her husband Andy, daughter Corin, and bonus kids Rosanna and Elliott.
